Description

Delicious and easy Parmesan Chicken Bombs that are crunchy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, slightly smaller than a golf ball.
  4. Dip each ball in the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For added flavor, make sure to use fresh garlic. Adjust cooking times if using alternative meats.
