Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork or turkey
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, additional green onions


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground meat (pork or turkey) to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix and green onions, gently stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in the coconut aminos, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
