Description

A quick and healthy breakfast option that you prepare the night before, combining rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and a hint of vanilla and cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well until everything is combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into jars or containers.
