Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  2. Spread the okra out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle evenly with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together directly on the sheet until the okra is well-coated.
  5. Roast for 12–14 minutes, or until the okra is fork-tender and lightly charred on the edges.
