Instructions

- Dry the okra thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel—this helps reduce sliminess and ensures crispiness.
- In a bowl, toss the okra with oil, kosher salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the okra evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer with no overlap.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are slightly charred and crispy.
