Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
