Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and trim any excess fat.
  3. Rub olive oil over the thighs and season evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Optionally, broil for an extra 2 to 3 minutes for a golden color.
