Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 orange, zested
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a saucepan, mix together the cranberries, orange juice, and sugar.
- Add the orange zest and cinnamon.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat and let the sauce cool.
