Description
Crispy, cheesy chicken garlic butter wraps filled with chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and optional cream cheese, toasted to perfection and served with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (grilled, baked, or rotisserie)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional for creaminess)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional add-ins: sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach, jalapeños
Instructions
- Make the Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a small pan. Add minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Stir and let cook for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese if using. Mix well.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla. Add filling in the center. Fold the sides, roll into a tight wrap.
- Toast the Wraps: Brush garlic butter on the outside of the wraps. Heat a skillet or griddle on medium. Toast each wrap 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Slice in half. Serve with garlic aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo.
