Description

Crispy, cheesy chicken garlic butter wraps filled with chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and optional cream cheese, toasted to perfection and served with your favorite dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (grilled, baked, or rotisserie)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional for creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional add-ins: sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach, jalapeños


Instructions

  1. Make the Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a small pan. Add minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Stir and let cook for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese if using. Mix well.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla. Add filling in the center. Fold the sides, roll into a tight wrap.
  4. Toast the Wraps: Brush garlic butter on the outside of the wraps. Heat a skillet or griddle on medium. Toast each wrap 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve: Slice in half. Serve with garlic aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo.

Notes
