Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until hot.
