- 2 cups milk

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
