A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring chicken, noodles, and fresh veggies in teriyaki sauce, perfect for a stress-free dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz noodles (such as udon or egg noodles)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the pan, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the noodles and teriyaki sauce, tossing everything together until the noodles are heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
