Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ½ jumbo yellow onion, diced
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz dry penne pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook seasoned chicken breast until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
