Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender but still crunchy.
- Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper; stir to combine.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
