Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots around the chicken.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
