Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in diced potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in beef broth, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Remove the lid, sprinkle cheese on top, and let it melt before serving.
