Description

A comforting blend of savory ground beef, tender potatoes, and gooey melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove the lid, sprinkle cheese on top, and let it melt before serving.
