Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
