  • 4 cups chopped cabbage

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
