Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Stir it until well mixed.
- Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
- Serve warm with dips or toppings of your choice.
