Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Stir it until well mixed.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
