Description

Delicious baked stuffed mushrooms, easy to prepare, and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting them aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture generously.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
