  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce, beef broth, and brown sugar; stir well to combine.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  7. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
