Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, beef broth, and brown sugar; stir well to combine.

- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
