  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced


Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef: Mix soy sauce and brown sugar in a bowl and let the beef soak up all that goodness for 30 minutes.
  2. Toss with cornstarch: Coat the marinated beef with cornstarch.
