Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork.
- Bake the sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove from the oven, cut them open, and fluff the insides with a fork.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the cinnamon butter mixture over the sweet potatoes and serve warm.
