Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 3 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the miso paste and mix well.
- Add the green beans and toss to coat.
- Sauté until the green beans are tender yet crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
