Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, and cream of chicken soup until combined.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
