Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, and cream of chicken soup until combined.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into small circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
