Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Thread meatballs onto wooden skewers.
- Place skewers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
