Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, mix crushed crackers, melted butter, and remaining shredded cheddar until well combined.
  5. Spread the cracker topping over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
