Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, mix crushed crackers, melted butter, and remaining shredded cheddar until well combined.
- Spread the cracker topping over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
