- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp seasoning salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish, leaving a bit of space between each piece.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Optional: Broil for the last 2 minutes for a golden, crispy crust.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Notes
Try adding Dijon mustard or lemon juice for a tangy twist. Great served with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Leftovers make amazing sandwiches.
