Description

Delicious bite-sized phyllo cups filled with feta, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 sheets phyllo dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.
  3. Brush a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Layer three sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with olive oil.
  5. Cut dough into squares and place in muffin tin, pressing gently.
  6. Mix feta, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Fill each phyllo cup with the mixture.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
