Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Toss in cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add olives, oregano, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and toss well.
