Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and aromatic, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ground chicken, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the olives and dried oregano, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Top with crumbled feta cheese, serve hot, and enjoy!

Notes
