Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in chopped bell pepper and diced zucchini; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Incorporate cherry tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; stir well.
