Description

Delicious and refreshing Mediterranean Chicken Wraps filled with grilled chicken and colorful veggies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, 6-8 minutes per side, until it reaches 165°F. Let cool and slice into strips.
  2. Warm the whole wheat wraps in a skillet over medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side.
  3. Spread a generous amount of hummus on each wrap.
  4. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, thinly sliced red onions, and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the veggies.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with oregano.
  7. Wrap the ingredients tightly and cut in half to serve.

Notes

These wraps can be made in advance and are great for meal prep. Pair with tzatziki sauce or a Greek salad for an elevated meal.
