Delicious and refreshing Mediterranean Chicken Wraps filled with grilled chicken and colorful veggies, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, 6-8 minutes per side, until it reaches 165°F. Let cool and slice into strips.
- Warm the whole wheat wraps in a skillet over medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Spread a generous amount of hummus on each wrap.
- Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, thinly sliced red onions, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the veggies.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with oregano.
- Wrap the ingredients tightly and cut in half to serve.
Notes
These wraps can be made in advance and are great for meal prep. Pair with tzatziki sauce or a Greek salad for an elevated meal.
