Description

A delightful dish full of vibrant flavors featuring juicy chicken, salty olives, fresh tomatoes, and creamy feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano, then add to the pan.
  3. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, and olives.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  7. Stir in lemon juice and add the chicken back to the pan.
  8. Top with crumbled feta cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano for a few hours before cooking.
