Ingredients
- 1 package tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Toss the cooked tortellini in the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
