Ingredients
- 1 package of tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (or thawed, drained frozen spinach)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add spinach to the sauce and let it wilt.
- Toss the cooked tortellini with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Serve warm in a bowl with additional toppings if desired.
