Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for best results. You can substitute maple syrup with honey or balsamic glaze if desired.
