Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces, roughly 1 to 2 inches.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the potatoes when golden brown and serve hot.
