Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, and feta cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
