Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, and feta cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, make sure to chill the dip before serving. You can also make it a day in advance for better taste.
