Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lentils (brown or green)
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked lentils, grated carrots, chopped onions, minced garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
