Ingredients
- 200g Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prep the lemon, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions for al dente.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and zest to the pan.
- Drain spaghetti, then toss in the pan to combine with sauce.
- Mix in grated Parmesan and chopped parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
