Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound green beans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, browning on both sides.
- Once browned, squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and add green beans around them.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and green beans are tender.
- Serve hot.
