Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned (5-7 minutes), draining excess fat.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and optional red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring well. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Plate the cooked rice and top generously with the beef mixture, garnished with chopped green onions.
