Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until brown, about 5-7 minutes, draining excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding a fried egg on top or serving with kimchi.
