Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly.
- In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes.
- Add the sliced cucumbers and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately.
