Juicy and flavorful Korean BBQ meatballs that are easy to make and perfect for dinner or as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet, spaced out.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use alternatives for ingredients as suggested. Freezing meatballs is also an option for meal prep.
