Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, and honey. Mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper in an even layer, about half an inch thick.
- Evenly sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and lime zest on top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely solid.
- Remove from the freezer and break into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container back in the freezer.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt and adjust the sweetness of the honey to your preference.
