Description

A refreshing and protein-packed yogurt bark that brings the flavors of key lime pie into a delightful, chilled treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • Juice of fresh limes
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: shredded coconut
  • Optional: fresh lime slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top; optionally add shredded coconut and press gently.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Cut the frozen bark into pieces and garnish with fresh lime slices if desired.

Notes
