- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned and crumbly.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning, bringing to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and mix in the ricotta cheese until well combined.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, then stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and bubbling.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
