  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned and crumbly.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning, bringing to a simmer.
  3. Reduce heat and mix in the ricotta cheese until well combined.
