  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Reduce heat and mix in ricotta cheese until well combined.
