Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free option)
 - 1 tablespoon honey or a keto-friendly sweetener
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey (or sweetener), minced garlic, and lemon juice.
 - Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Pour the glaze over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well coated.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
 - Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
 
Notes
To store leftover salmon, place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. You can freeze the cooked salmon for up to 3 months.
