Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free option)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or a keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey (or sweetener), minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the glaze over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
